TEAM ENGAGEMENT

HOSTING THE ANNUAL SALES MEET IN EAST INDIA: As the Revenue and Trade marketing manager for the East-Indian Foods unit, I spearheaded the organization of the annual sales meet. We announced annual trade partner interventions, sales team contests, Best- performer awards, and coordinated with national brand teams to leverage their support in meeting our annual targets.

INTERNAL ENGAGEMENT - WHATSAPP BRAND STICKERS In collaboration with our creative partner, DDB Mudra, we developed 50+ Whatsapp stickers to use across our Whatsapp groups.

LAUNCH OF MIRINDA CAMPAIGN: To energize the sales team for Mirinda's consumer cash-back campaign, special merchandise were made for the sales teams and distributors. These included T-shirts, clocks, watches, and bags.

LAUNCH OF 7UP's NEW PACK PROMOTION: Banners and posters were delivered across distributors to energize the teams on the arrival of a new pack-price brand architecture

TRAINING FOR CRACKING COMPETITOR ACCOUNTS: I conducted a training for top salesmen (and women) on cracking key accounts in urban geographies. This involved role-plays and demonstrations of best practices and likely errors, with follow-on sessions to improve efficacy.

TRAINING THE SALES TEAM ON RANGE SELLING: To leverage the potential of new product launches and also to increase the average per-store billing value, I conducted a training of over 30 sales team members and highlighted best practices within the region.

REGULAR ENGAGEMENT WITH SALES TEAMS: These are some glimpses of my interactions and happy memories with the sales teams. I believe if we need to move ahead, we need to move together.
