CHAMPIONS CLUB AWARD - MIRINDA CASHBACK PROGRAM: I received this award for spear-heading the Mirinda cash-back program in 2021. The Mirinda cash-back program was a campaign where we partnered with a mobile wallet payments player: Every consumer who purchased a bottle could redeem a cash voucher. This was a full-barter agreement with the company, and hence a very low cost-campaign. I.e., in return for the cashback they provided, we advertised their logo on our bottles, and in our TVC.
IMPACTFUL INITIATIVE AWARD - EXPIRIES REDUCTION: I received this award for developing and executing a detailed process to prevent and manage product expiries. This was done via a combination of providing promotional liquidation support to our trade partners and regularly monitoring progress with the sales and plant teams.
CHAMPIONS CLUB AWARD - 1.25 LITRE CAMPAIGN: I was given this award for the cross-functional team effort to roll out a campaign on a large-format pack within 20 days from conceptualization to execution with extreme focus and rigor into execution with 360-degree activation. The campaign led to a pack growth of +154% and an increase in pack mix of +11% on 7up, and +113% pack growth and +10% mix on Mirinda, and enabled the brands to gain back momentum post COVID.
BEST SALES SUPPORT TEAM IN THE UNIT: The 3-member Revenue growth and Trade marketing team which I led received the best sales-support team award in the East India food division, among 5 teams in total.
BEST PERFORMANCE - PREMIUM PORTFOLIO EXPANSION Through the design of innovative incentives and revision of the pack-price architecture, the volume mix of high-profit (premium) products increased from 0.3% to 2%. This contributed to a 108% achievement in the division's profit target.
LEADERS AS TEACHERS AWARD: I was awarded this for contributing towards building a more capable sales organization, via a series of trainings I conducted on "Leveraging financial concepts".
